In the spring of 2005 we learned that the old bowling alley in town, The Rose Bowl, was going to be closing. The building was being sold to a developer and there would no longer be a bowling alley in Randolph. We really just couldn't stand that thought and began looking into the possibility of keeping it open. The sale of the building was a done deal so we began looking for a new site. We built a new building on a slab at the old Vermont Castings foundry and arranged to purchase the equipment from the owner of The Rose Bowl. After months of hard work, we opened in January of 2006 and haven't looked back!
In 2010 the Warner's daughter, Krista, was deciding on a Senior Project. Breast Cancer has touched the family, and she decided to help raise money for women who couldn't afford a mammogram, by supporting the Woman to Woman program at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph, with, what else, but a bowling tournament! It has become an annual tournament, having raised over $3,000 for this awesome program!
